As with the standard Continental 80, the forthcoming pair features a low-cut trim and predominantly leather construction. Suede overlays throughout the "Cloud White" arrangement deliver skate-appropriate durability. Faint hues accent profile stitching and adidas branding at the midfoot window; a darker blue interrupts the rather tonal design on the tongue and heel, with he former boasting Unity's "Together" graphic. The pro-LGBTQ brand, which formed in 2017, also stamps its name on the lateral heel and sockliner; the insole features a vibrant, multi-colored graphic. Vulcanized rubber sole units forgo any eye-catching palette in favor of a slightly-yellowed "Chalk White" makeup. Co-founder Jeffrey Cheung's illustrations also appear on the recently-introduced Coronado model. A departure from the Continental Vulc's light palette, the equally-low-top silhouette indulges in a tonal "Legend Ink" color scheme. The queer skateboarding project's "DON'T BE AFRAID OF WHO YOU ARE" message is written on the inner collar in a soft "Sky Tint" hue. As with the accompanying gender-neutral apparel in this capsule, the Coronado and Continental Vulc celebrate self-expression and inclusion, just as Unity has been doing for years.
